As you may know, I lost all of my data in a horrific Xbox to Xbox data migration incident that was 100% Microsoft’s fault. Although that failure was traumatic and devestating it wasn’t even what really hurt me. The terrible customer service was where it happened. So I have been doing my best, in my videos and in my real life, convincing people who are considering buying an Xbox to think again. I hope Microsoft and the XboxLive team are satiisfied with the terrorist they have created.
